"We have far too much gun violence": Seattle authorities respond to fatal festival shooting

“We're coming off a week in Seattle, where we've had three major incidents of gun violence in just a few days,” said the city’s mayor, Katie Wilson. At least three people were killed and five others wounded – including a toddler – in a shooting on Sunday evening during a food festival at an events complex near Seattle’s Space Needle.
