Somalia is yet again unable to feed its people. About six million there are facing high levels of hunger on a scale not seen in years. The World Food Programme says a combination of drought, conflict and displacement means people aren't getting enough to eat. Instability has complicated aid delivery in the country for more than three decades. And the situation is worsened by the severe cuts in international aid. The WFP says it has only a fraction of the funding it needs to provide assistance. So, what are the consequences for Somalia?
