Nepal floods: Nearly 390 dead and 1,400 missing after glacier collapse

A glacier collapse triggered flash floods and mudslides across Nepal and Tibet on Wednesday, burying villages and a major border crossing under mud and debris. Nearly 390 people have died, with around 1,400 still missing, including hundreds of foreign nationals. Rescue teams face major challenges reaching survivors as roads and bridges have been destroyed.
