Khamenei's call for Gulf unity rings hollow, says analyst: Analysis

Constantine calls the appeal hollow given Iran has struck a Qatari gas refinery, a UAE hotel and an Omani cargo facility in recent months, while pressuring the UAE economically. He argues that the simplest way for Iran to show good faith would be to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, which would hurt regional economies far more than the US.
