Building collapse in Lebanon’s Tripoli kills at least 14 people

Fourteen people have been killed in Lebanon when two buildings collapsed in the northern city of Tripoli. It’s the third such incident in recent weeks. Hundreds of buildings are at risk in one of the poorest cities in the country. And the government’s promises to deal with the decades-old crisis are doing little to allay fears.
