The US-Israel war on Iran is disrupting Europe's energy supply, with Iran's effective closure of the Strait of Hormuz halting shipments of oil and liquefied natural gas. Natural gas prices in Europe have jumped 60 percent since the conflict began, forcing governments to announce emergency measures including tax cuts, subsidies and price caps.
