UN official ‘outraged by world’s silence’ on Sudan after three years of war

The UN’s Humanitarian Coordinator for Sudan has slammed the lack of international action ahead of the third anniversary of the war on April 15. Fighting between Sudan’s army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces has led to the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, with more than 12 million people displaced and 33 million in urgent need of aid.
