18 תושבי מזרח ירושלים נעצרו בחשד למעורבות בעשרות אירועי שוד אלימים בסניפי סופר פארם ברחבי הארץ בחודשים האחרונים התנהלה בימ״ר מרכז חקירה סמויה בשיתוף קב״ט סופר פארם, בעקבות שורת אירועי שוד אלימים שבוצעו בסניפי הרשת ברחבי הארץ. עם מעבר החקירה לשלב הגלוי, פשטו עשרות בלשי ימ״ר מרכז, לוחמי מג״ב ושוטרי מחוז ירושלים על שכונת עיסאוויה שבמזרח ירושלים ועצרו לחקירה חשודים, תושבי המקום בשנות העשרים לחייהם, בחשד למעורבות ב- 15 אירועי שוד אלימים בצוותא. מהחקירה עולה כי מדובר בהתארגנות עבריינית שפעלה באופן שיטתי, תוך ניסיון לפגוע בתחושת הביטחון של הציבור, להטיל אימה ולפגוע בפעילות הכלכלית התקינה. בהתאם לממצאי החקירה, בכוונת המשטרה להביא את החשודים לדיון בבית המשפט בבקשה להאריך את מעצרם ובהמשך להגיש כתב אישום חמור בעניינם. As the investigation moved to its overt phase, dozens of YAMAR detectives, Border Police (Magav) officers, and Jerusalem District police raided the Isawiya neighborhood in East Jerusalem. They arrested suspects, residents in their twenties, on suspicion of involvement in 15 violent robberies committed as a group. The investigation reveals a criminal organization that operated systematically, attempting to undermine public safety, instill terror, and disrupt normal economic activity.
